Everything you need to know
How does the heating work?
How does the heating work?
Thin carbon fibre heating panels are sewn into the lining. Press the button once to switch on, then again to cycle through high, medium and low. The light shows which level you’re on.

How long does the battery last?−
Gloves run about 2 to 2.5 hours on high, 3 to 3.5 hours on medium and 5 to 5.5 hours on low. The jacket runs from any standard USB power bank in the inside pocket, so run time depends on the bank you use.
Can I wash it?
Can I wash it?
Yes. Remove the battery or power bank, close the zips and hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle in cold water. Hang to dry.
Which size should I get?
Which size should I get?
Order your usual size. If you plan to wear a thick layer underneath the jacket, go one size up. For the gloves, measure around your palm below the knuckles.
Is it safe?
Is it safe?
The heating runs at low voltage and switches off automatically if it overheats. It’s safe to wear in rain and snow.

Is it a good gift, and when do I need to order by?
Is it a good gift, and when do I need to order by?
It’s a very good gift for anyone who stands around outside — dog walkers, sports parents, early starters. Order by the first week of December to be safe, because the total window is 1–3 business days to process plus 7–12 days in transit and carriers slow down before Christmas. One honest note for gifting: mention the power bank, or they’ll open it and wonder.
